This is a quick dish ,which can be a good option for your kid's tiffin or even you can carry it with you while traveling.
Steps

In a big plate / parat take all the attas / flours.

Now add all dry spices like salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder.Add cut onion, methi and fresh coriander leaves. Mix all ingredients in the dry form firtst.

Now add water slowly to form a dough.Apply littil oil and keep the dough aside.

Now take water in a big bowl,deep white cloth and squeeze to remove water.Now spread this cloth on a plate or polpat (which we use to make roti).

Now take a small portion of the dough, put on the wet cloth, spread using fingers of both hands.Make holes in the thalipitha to pour oil into it,which makes it cook and enhance it's taste.

Now gently lift the cloth and pkace upside down on tawa to put the thalipitha on tawa. Now put littil oil on all the holes of thalipitha,cover it and allow to cook.

Once it is done from one side,flip it and cook the other side also. Now your quick,healthy, tasty (khamang) thalipitha is ready to serve with favorite chutney / pickle.
