Cooking Instructions

Assemble ingredients, soak Saffron in little water and keep aside. Put water to boil.

Add ghee in pan, allow to melt then add Rava and roast till fragrant. Add hot water + cardamom and stir continuously to prevent forming of lumps. Water is absorbed very quickly.

Add sugar and mix well, sugar melts, add Saffron water and mix very well. Mixture turns thick. Rava Kesari is done.

Serve hot hot
