  1. 1 cupkuttu flour
  2. 1green chilli chopped
  3. 1small peices ginger chopped
  4. 1sp Coriander chopped
  5. 1 tbspgretted paneer
  6. 1 tsprock salt
  7. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1/2 cupwater
  9. 1/4 cupghee

  1. 1

    Take a bowl.add all ingredients.
    Make a smooth batter.

    Heat a tawa.Grease with ghee.
    Spread better with spoon on tawa.
    Apply ghee. Flap it.

    Cook both side till brown & crispy.
    Spread gretted paneer on cheela.

    Keep on plate.
    Serve with falari potato vegetable.curd & saunth.
