Pan-Fried Polenta with Broccoli and Cannellini Beans

Bring salted water to a boil in a pot for the broccoli.

Wash and trim the broccoli, cut into florets, and set aside for a moment.

Once the water is boiling, add the broccoli and cook for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, drain the beans in a colander and set aside.

In a pan, heat the oil and finely chopped onion, sauté until soft, then add the beans. Season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes.

After about 10 minutes of cooking the broccoli, remove them with a slotted spoon and place in the colander. In the same pot, gradually add the polenta, stirring vigorously for about 10 minutes to prevent lumps.

Once the polenta is ready, add the beans and mix well, then set aside for a moment.

In a pan, heat the oil and finely chopped garlic, sauté until golden, then add the broccoli. Season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 10 minutes.

After this time, add the broccoli to the pot with the polenta and beans, mix everything well, and let it cool.

Once the polenta is cool, place a cutting board over the pot, flip it over, and remove the polenta. Cut the polenta into slices and set aside.

To finish, heat oil and a clove of garlic in a pan until golden, then add the polenta slices and fry until all slices are done.
