Our New year starts with the chaiti Chand and the Chaiti Navratri festival, where we traditionally enjoy meals without onions and garlic. I'm excited to share my own recipes without onions and garlic, and I invite you to try them out!
Cheti Chand is a significant festival for the Sindhi community, marking the beginning of the new year and the harvest season. It's a time for celebration, family gatherings, and traditional foods.
"Enjoy the creamy and flavorful goodness of our No Onion Garlic Paneer! Made with tender paneer, fresh tomatoes, and a blend of spices, this popular Indian dish is a must-try. Serve with naan, roti, or rice for a delicious and satisfying meal."
