Get a clean pot, wash met with salt and put in the pot

Add Maggi and salt

Blend ginger and garlic then add in the pot

Add curry, thyme and little water then place on heat allow to boil until tender for 20mins

When meat is soft, cube the meat

Wash Irish potatoes, peel the back then wash again cube

Add the cubed Irish potatoes in the meat stock

Wash and chop onion

Add the onion, 1 cube Maggi, salt, curry to taste then allow to boil for 15mins

Add 1 tablespoon of flour to stick together

Pour sauce in a bowl allow to get cold to make the pastry

Sieve flour in a bowl

Add 2cube Maggi and baking powder

Rub in margarine, add little water, mix very well to have a smooth dough

Roll on chopping board to a desired thickness

Use meatpie cutter to cut

Oil tray and fill the cut dough with the sauce

Mix little flour with water to close the edge of the meatpie, use fork to cover the edges properly

Whish egg, rub on the meatpie to give it golden brown color

Put in an oven, bake for 33mins

Meatpie is ready with nice aroma. Give it a trial
