First take Palak and chopped it then take mixer jar add Palak and chopped green chilli add one piece of Ginger and salt and and make puri

Then take a Big Bowl add multigrain flour and wheat flour add 2 tbsp ghee and chopped green chilli and Ginger Chilli paste chopped carrot 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Garam Masala andadd 2 tbsp sesame seeds 1tsp red chilli powder 1 /2 tsp turmeric powder then add Palak Puri mix well and make soft dough.

Then take some portion of dough and Roll It and make paratha.heat a tawa add1 tsp ghee and cook well once it cook well turn other side cook for few minutes then remove from tawa. Now healthy soft and crispy spinach vegi paratha is ready

Now paratha transfer to a dish decorate with green chilli and Serve with masala curd and green chutney...Enjoy!!!
