Ingredients

20 minutes
Serves 2 servings
  1. 7 ozlasagna noodles (I cut them in half) (200 grams)
  2. 2 cupsmilk (about 1/2 liter)
  3. 1/3 cupall-purpose flour (45 grams)
  4. 2zucchini, thinly sliced with a mandoline
  5. 3mozzarella balls
  6. Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a quick béchamel sauce by putting the milk and flour in a saucepan. Stir, add a pinch of nutmeg, then cook over heat until it thickens.

    Slice the zucchini thinly using a mandoline.

  3. 3

    Layer the noodles, zucchini, béchamel sauce, mozzarella, and grated cheese in turns.

  4. 4

    Finish with a layer of noodles, the remaining béchamel sauce, and a sprinkle of grated cheese on top.

    Place in the air fryer and cook at 350°F (180°C) for 18 to 20 minutes.
