For my first time making this, I have to say it turned out really well.

Make a quick béchamel sauce by putting the milk and flour in a saucepan. Stir, add a pinch of nutmeg, then cook over heat until it thickens.

Slice the zucchini thinly using a mandoline.

Layer the noodles, zucchini, béchamel sauce, mozzarella, and grated cheese in turns.

Finish with a layer of noodles, the remaining béchamel sauce, and a sprinkle of grated cheese on top.

Place in the air fryer and cook at 350°F (180°C) for 18 to 20 minutes.
