Today I have made healthy tasty idli recipe. It's very easy to make. It's best for breakfast.
Steps

Take a bowl add whole ragi, rice, udad dal, methi seeds, poha wash them nicely then add water and soak it for 6-8 hours.

Now take a grinder jar add all soaked items and grind it into a smooth batter with adding little water.

Now take out batter into a deep container, cover and keep aside for overnight to fermentation. Idli batter is ready.

Grease the idli stand with oil and take a ladleful of batter and fill the idli mould. Add 2 cups of water in the idli steemer and let it boil. Then put the idli stand inside and cover the lid and steem for 12-15 minutes. Idli is ready.

Now allow to cool down for 5-8 minutes and then use a sharp knife to scoop the idli out. Then serve them with coconut chutney.
