Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tbsp.chia seeds
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1apple, chopped
  • 1banana,, chopped
  • 1/4 cupgrapes, sliced
  • 1/4 cupstrawberries, chopped
  • 2 cupsmilk, cold
  • 1 tbsp.honey
  • 1/4 tsp.pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp.cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp.rose syrup (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small add the chia seeds and water; mix and rest overnight or for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add the chia seeds, all fruit and milk. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add honey, salt and cinnamon and rose syrup and mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour in individual glasses and enjoy!
