Ingredients: 1 whole shredded Romaine or iceberg lettuce, washed thoroughly; 2 Tsp Parmesan Cheese, crumbled; 1 slice sour dough bread to make croutons; 1 mild fresh green pepper, chopped; For the dressing:; 1 Mozambi Lime pressed for juice; 1/2 meyer lemon for extra dressing juice; 1 Tbs Olive oil; 2 fresh farm eggs; 2 Tsp Worchester sauce; 1 Tbs Anchovy paste, Spanish; 2 Tsp granulated Garlic; 2 Tsp Dijon mustard; 2 pinches Black pepper; Optional:; 1 Tbs chopped mild green pepper; 1 strip Grilled bacon, chopped

Prepare table side solid dishes : chopped romaine lettuce ingredients: chop mild green pepper, shred romaine lettuce, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Prepare ceasar salad dressing liquid ingredients with Spanish anchovy paste or mash two canned anchovies with a fork.

Add Worcester sauce, egg, mustard, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan grated cheese. Drizzle over.

Whisk farm egg with juice of half a lemon and Tsp Worcester sauce and drizzle over. This makes the ceasar salad creamier.

Make the croutons in skillet with a dried red pepper, grill one bacon slice, crumble.
