Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchoha leaf
  2. 5fresh pepper big
  3. 3tablespoon crayfish (ground)
  4. 4 cubemaggi
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2kilo goat leg and meat
  7. 1 tablespoonogiri
  8. 6cocoyam medium
  9. 2 tablespoonpalm oil

Steps

    Wash and blend pepper

  2. 2

    Wash meat with salt cut to shape,place pot on heat then add meat

  3. 3

    Add,salt,ogiri, maggi with water allow to boil until tender for 20 min

  4. 4

    Place another pot on heat wash cocoyam and allow to boil until soft

  5. 5

    Add pepper and crayfish to the meat stock.Get a clean moltar peel the cocoyam back put in moltar add the palm oil and pound until no lump is seen

  6. 6

    Add the cococoyam to the stock allow to boil untill it dissolves.

  7. 7

    Wash oha leaf with salt then add to the other ingredient stir together allow to boil fir 3 min

  8. 8

    Turn off heat oha soup is ready can be eaten with semo,ebaand pounded yam so so yummy.
