Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz)can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cupschicken broth
  • 1/2 tspseasoned salt (Lawry's is best)
  • 1/4 tsponion powder
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1 cupuncooked long grain white rice
  • 2 cupsrotisserie or cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 canoriginal Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsppaprika

Steps

    Preheat oven 375

  2. 2

    Spray 9x13 pan add soup, broth, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, Ro-Tel tomatoes and whisk

  3. 3

    Stir in uncooked rice, chicken and 1 cup cheese

  4. 4

    Cover and bake 55-60 mins stirring halfway

  5. 5

    Uncover, stir and bake an additional 20mins to finish absorbing liquid

  6. 6

    Cover with remaining cheese and place under the broiler just long enough to melt cheese
