Curd Mango Curry

Blend curd and mango pulp in a grinder to make a smooth paste.

Add water and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a cooking bowl.

Add all masala powders, jaggery, and salt. Cook on medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring.

Heat oil in a small pan. Add cumin and mustard seeds.

When mustard seeds crackle, add hing and curry leaves.

Pour the tadka over the curry and cover with a lid.

Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
Tips
Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of jaggery according to your taste.
