  5. 150-200 GramsSugar (3/4 Cup)
  6. 1/4 CupOil
  7. 1/2 CupMilk
  8. 6 Table SpoonCoconut Powder
  9. 2 Table SpoonButter (Liquified)
  10. 1/4 Table SpoonBaking Powder

    Gather and prepare all the ingredients before starting.

    Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead until a smooth dough forms.

    Knead the dough until it becomes soft, smooth, and firm in texture.

    Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.

    Using a rolling pin, flatten each dough ball evenly, ensuring the dough is neither too thick nor too thin.

    Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough into your desired shapes.

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the dough pieces on both sides, turning frequently until they become golden brown.

    Once the tikiya turns golden brown as shown below, remove them from the oil and place them in a strainer to drain the excess oil. Allow them to cool before storing, then serve and enjoy.
