Ingredients

5 servings
  • 4 cupskale, shredded
  • 2fresh pepper diced
  • 3onions, chopped
  • 1 tbspOlive Oil
  • to tastesalt
  • 1stock cube

Steps

    In a large pan add the Olive oil once its hot add onions stir for about 2 minutes

  2. 2

    Saute onions then add pepper, salt and stock cube stir and then then add in Kale.

  3. 3

    Mix together on medium until Kale starts to soften. About 5 – 7 minutes. turn off the heat and serve.
