Tasted this soup for the first time when my husband prepared it. I loved it. Then I decided to prepare another by myself after reading the nutritional values it has.

Tasted this soup for the first time when my husband prepared it. I loved it. Then I decided to prepare another by myself after reading the nutritional values it has.

Wash and cook your meat or chicken and set aside. Prepare your moringa leaf by peeling the leaves and wash and cut with your hand the way you do with bitter leaf. You can boil it on fire for 5mins.

Wash for 3/4times to remove the juice then leave in a big bowl and use hot water on it let it rest for 5/10mins and then use ur hand to squeeze out the water put in a sieve for the water to drain out well then set aside.

Wash and cook ur crab Wash ur dry fish Cut your onions Blend your pepper/garlic

Set your pot on fire leave to dry,add the oil to your taste allow to heat a while put in your onions then pour your tomato,pepper allow to fry for 5/8mins Add your meat stock,add your crayfish cover your pot let it boil for a while then add all your meat or chicken,fish,crab etc let it boil for 2/3mins add the moringa leaf then let it boil for 8/10mins. there you have it. Nutritious moringa soup can go with any swallow.
