Eggs are always sweet and delicious. A friend told me they are very nutritious.

Cut onions,tomatoes and break eggs into a small ball and beat the eggs.

Then put oil in a pan and add onions. Fry until golden brown then add the eggs and cook the scrambled eggs.

Then add eggs stir for a few minutes until all the tomatoes have broken down.

This should take about 5 minutes.

Serve with Ugali.
