Remove sides of bread, cut into desired shape.i cut into round shape.deep fry them & take out on absorbent paper. Let them cool aside.

Take a pan,put 1 tsp ghee, add green cardamoms. Then add milk,almonds, cashews & fennel powder & boil it on high flame.

When it comes to rolling boil,reduce flame.add leftover crumbled bread sides in it.

Stir at regular intervals to avoid sticking.…&… cook until its quantity reduces to half.

Now add fried bread & cook them for 6-10 mins.so that they get absorbed milk & flavour from inside as well.

Turn off the flame,transfer into a serving bowl.let them cool at room temperature.

Now place them in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.serve chilled!!!
