Savoury rice & Tomato gravy

Boil the rice and add a pinch of salt for 20 minutes, also add a teaspoon of turmeric.

While it's boiling for a few minutes, add the frozen veggies. After a while cooking, rinse the rice and put it back on the stove for just a few minutes, then your rice will be perfectly cooked.

Finely chop your onion and fry your onion once it is busy frying

Grate your tomatoes in a bowl and season with sugar because some tomatoes have that sour taste

Add your onion to the frying pan, pour beef stock and spices. Then pour your tomatoes so that they can be cooked and taste perfect.

While your tomatoes are cooking, prepare your soup mixture for thickening your gravy.

Then pour it to the tomato gravy the stir soup till it has thickened.

Your meal is cooked and ready to be eaten. It can be served with chicken, beef, lamb and pork.
