    Pehle bengan dhokar kapde se saf kar le uske baad bengan par hatho se oil lgale taaki bengan ka paani gas par na gire

    Iske baad jab bengan bhun jaye to bengan ko paani me daal de

    Or chilke utar le paani me dalne se iske chilke jaldi utar jaate hai

    Iske baad pyaaj kaat le tamatar kaat le or hari mirch kaat le

    Ab ek kadai me oil garam karein isme jira dale fir kate huye pyaaj dal de jab pyaaj bhun jaye to tamatar daal de or tamatar achhe se galne de

    Jab tamatar gal jaye to masale dale lal mirch or haldi garam masala namak daal de or masale paka le 2 minute

  8. 8

    Ab isme bengan daal de or achhe se bhun le 10 minute pakne de or hara dhaniya dal kar garnish karein
