These are the house favorite... delicious! My personal favorite, to be exact :)
Cooking Instructions

Cook the chicken breast with a piece of onion, salt, and garlic.

Once cooked, shred it and set aside.

Similarly, cook the green tomatoes with the habanero peppers. Once cooked, blend them with a little salt.

Dice the red tomato and onion into small cubes.

In a hot pan with a splash of oil, fry the tomato with the onion. Once fried, add the chicken and season with salt. Cook for 5 minutes and it's ready.

In a small pot, pour the blended mixture and add a splash of oil. Let the sauce boil, then turn off the heat.

On a plate, place a tortilla and fill it with the chicken, rolling it up like a taquito. Prepare as many as you plan to eat. Pour the sauce over them to cover well and add cream and cheese to taste.
