Ingredients

3-4 people
  1. 1chicken breast
  2. 1.1 lbsgreen tomatoes
  3. 3habanero peppers
  4. 1red tomato
  5. 1 pieceonion
  6. Salt and garlic to taste
  7. Cream and cheese to taste
  8. as neededTortillas

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the chicken breast with a piece of onion, salt, and garlic.

    Once cooked, shred it and set aside.

    Similarly, cook the green tomatoes with the habanero peppers. Once cooked, blend them with a little salt.

    Dice the red tomato and onion into small cubes.

    In a hot pan with a splash of oil, fry the tomato with the onion. Once fried, add the chicken and season with salt. Cook for 5 minutes and it's ready.
