  1. 1 kgpumpkin leaf(sliced)
  2. 500 gwater leaf(sliced)
  3. 500 gGoat meat
  4. 300 gkpomo
  5. 3.25 mlpalmoil
  6. 300 gdryfish
  7. 300 gdryfish
  8. 4stock cube knorr
  9. 1 cupcrayfish (ground)
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. to tasteGhana pepper
  12. 1onion bulb meduim(chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash meat,stockfish, kpomo,dryfish with salt and put in a clean pot then onion,salt,two cube knorr add little water place on heat

  2. 2

    Allow to cook until water gets dry.pour half of the oil,pepper, crayfish and stir allow to boil.Please don't add water.

  3. 3

    Then add water leaf and to keep heating for like 15min.

  4. 4

    Add the remaining stuff cube and the pumpkin and the remaining oil then and stir.

  5. 5

    Allow to cook for 2 to 3min.Soup is ready so so delicious. You can get it a try mostly eaten fufu.
