Cut idlis into small pieces, heat oil in a pan and fry the idlis until they become crisp and golden brown in colour. Keep it aside.

Cut the boiled potato and fry them in the pan until golden brown.

Mix the fried potato and idlis in a serving platter. Add curd with little sugar. Add tomato, onion and green chilli.

Add chilli powder, salt, chat masala, imli chutney and mint coriander chutney.

Garnish with coriander leaves and sev.

Yummiest 'Idli Chaat' is now ready. Serve it for snacks and enjoy !!
