Ingredients

  1. 1whole cauliflower, broken up into florets
  2. 1or 2 yellow squash and green zucchini, quartered
  3. 8garlic cloves, sliced
  4. 1 packagescherry tomatoes, left whole
  5. 1/2 eachred, yellow, orange bell peppers, sliced
  6. 1 cupolive oil
  7. 2 tbspfresh thyme & rosemary

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Place all vegetables in a large bowl, pour in olive oil, fresh herbs, salt & pepper.

  3. 3

    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. ENJOY
