Ogbono and okro soup
This was for dinner
Steps

Wash stock fish,dried fish well in warm water and put in a clean pot

Add salt,maggi,little water and cook for about 10 minutes

Add your pepper,onion and crayfish, and allow to boil for 2 mins.add your locust beans(okpehe) and allow to boil

Pour your grounded ogbono into a plate,add palm oil and mix together.

Add the mixture to the pot and allow to boil for 5 mins
- 6
Add your chopped okro and pumpkin and stir.

Turn off the heat,your soup is ready.can be served with pounded yam, semovita or eba
