Make small gulab jamun first.

Now make a smooth dough of paneer,flour,corn flour & milk powder.

Keep aside for 15 mins.

Heat ghee.

Take a sev mechine &put a small paneer dough inside it.

Now make paneer vermicelli & deep fry it for 2 to 3 mins.

Don't fry much.It should be looks like soft rice.

Make a sugar syrup.

Mix the paneer vermicelli in syrup for 15mins.

After 15 mins take a plate & spread sitabhog on it.

Decorate with mini gulab jamun.
