7 piecesUnripe plantain
Salt
1Onion
2Fresh pepper
1cksp Palmoil
1cksp Crayfish
1maggi
1/2 teaspooncurry

Steps

Peel and cut the plantain.

Add in a pot,add water.

Add pepper,crayfish,salt,maggi,curry,palmoil and onion.

Boil for 10minutes,turn with stirrer and cover to boil for 5minutes.

Stir and is ready.

I used an old fish i grilled to enjoy the meal.
