Ingredients

  1. 4-5boiled aloo
  2. 1 bowlpalak barike kara hua
  3. 1/2 cuppeas boiled
  4. 2onion kasi hui
  5. As per need ginger kasi hui
  6. As per need coriander chopped
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  10. 4-5 tspcornflour
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle hum sabhi veggies ko cut karenge or aloo mash karenge or onion,ginger Kash karenge or palak cut karenge phir wash kar lenge or ache se pani nikal denge or coriander cut kar lenge.

    Ab sabhi ko ek bowl me dalker mix kar denge or sath me ingredients bhi add kar lenge jese salt,red chilli,garam masala,chaat masala ab sabhi ko ache se mix kar denge or cornflour bhi mix kar denge.

    After hum apne hathon ko oil se grease karenge phir hum apne base ke boll bnayenge phir kabab shape denge or sabhi ko is tarah bnaker rakh lenge.

    After kadhai me oil dalenge or garam kar lenge ache se garam hone per kabab oil me dalenge or deep fry karenge light brown hone tak fry karenge.

    After sabhi ko ese hi fry karna hai.ready to hara bhara kabab & garma garam serve it any sauces.
