The Hubby requested a Chicken Casserole with Peas and Carrots. Ive been wanting to make my own creation dish of something for a while not so I chose to do it here since he was so specific on what he wanted. Creamy,Chicken Filled,Veggy Dish. Hope you like it as much as he did!

Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesEgg Noodles
  2. 1 packagesPerdue Short Cuts Carved Chicken Breast
  3. 1 canCream Of Chicken Soup
  4. 1Celery Stick
  5. 1/2Onion
  6. 3Carrots
  7. 1 canPeas
  8. 1Salt
  9. 1Pepper
  10. 1Breadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Boil Water for Egg Noodles...once the water comes to a rapid boil add noodles.

    On medium Heat a drizzle of Olive oil in a large enough skillet to hold all of the ingredients

    Add Chicken

  5. 5

    Chop up celery and add to skillet

  6. 6

    Chop up onion and add to skillet

  7. 7

    Chop up carrots and add to skillet

  8. 8

    Open and pour cream of chicken soup into skillet

  9. 9

    Open and drain peas and add them to the skillet

  10. 10

    Spray a glass dish with cooking spray

  11. 11

    Drain egg noodles

  12. 12

    Add egg noodles to greased dish (I made a whole package but did not use all of it in the dish,if you like more noodles use the whole package,but we were looking for more of chicken and vegetables then noodles)

    Add the Chicken Vegetables mixture to the noodles and mix all together

  14. 14

    Sprinkle some bread crumbs on top

  15. 15

    Bake in oven approx 30 minutes

  16. 16

    Plate and enjoy

Very good dish. Easy to make and the kids actually eat the vegetables.. Thanks for the recipe. Will be cooking it again!
