Paneer Bread Roll

Take a bowl add grated paneer in it. Add salt, cumin powder, finely chopped onions, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and mix well. (Mix with fingers) Add ginger garlic paste, tomato ketchup and mix. Keep this mixture aside.

Take bread slices. Cut edges of bread slices. Roll bread slices with rolling pin (just like we roll chapathi) once so that they become thin.

Put 1 spoon paneer mixture in bread slice and roll it round (like we roll a mat). Make all rolls like this and apply ghee up on rolls (on bread slices).

Heat 1 or 2 spoons of oil or ghee in a pan. Fry bread rolls till they turn golden brown on both sides. Tasty Bread Paneer Rolls are ready.
