Ingredients

  • For dhibra..
  • 1 bowlwashed chopoed methi leaves
  • 1ts ginger garlic and chilli paste
  • 1ts salt... Haldii.. Mirch powder.. Hing.. Coriander powder..
  • 1 tbsgur
  • 2 tbsoil
  • 2 tbscurd
  • 1/2 bowlflour of makka
  • 1 bowlwheat flour
  • For Raita...
  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 2 tbswet boondi
  • Salt.. Black salt... Roasted jeera..
  • For Garlic chutney..
  • 1/2 bowlpeeled garlic
  • 1/2ts salt..
  • 2ts red chilli powder
  • 4 tbsoil
  • 2 tbdry coriander powder
  • For vadvani mirch..
  • 10mirch long thin chopped
  • 1ts salt
  • 1ts haldi
  • 2 tbsrai ki dal
  • 2lemon juice
  • 2 tbshot oil

Steps

    All ingredients of Dhibra.... Mix it properly make dough without using water.... Keep it aside for sometime

  2. 2

    Now make balls.. Roll it..put it on tava.... Roast it like paratha by using some oil.. on medium flame

  3. 3

    Dhibra is ready

  4. 4

    For Raita....

  5. 5

    Blend the curd.. Add salt jeera.... Add wet boondi in it.. Mix it.. Ready

  6. 6

    For chutney

  7. 7

    Put all ingredients in mixer without oil.. Grind it..

  8. 8

    Now put a pan.. Add oil.. Than this grinded paste and some red chilli powder... Saute it for 5 minute

    Chutney is ready

    For vadvani marcha

  11. 11

    Take all ingredients without oil.. Mix it.. Now add hot oil on it mix it

    Marcha is ready
