Been craving this for too long now,so I had to take a long stroll to the market to get me some snail.
Steps

Firstly Clean snails with lemons or lime. Until the slimness has reduce then cook using alum and season with salt, add some onion and cook until soft; then drain from the stock

Heat up your oil add a little chopped onions and snail then stir fry together Add the crushed pepper and garlic; and stir until it has combined well with the snails and onion.

Then Add the remaining onion and the peppers. stir, reduce heat; then cover with a tight lid. Allow to cook for 10 minutes, make sure to stir occasionally until the pepper is properly incorporated with the snail.

Lastly I garnish with curry leaf as seen in the above picture
