Ingredients

1 dashsalt and pepper
2 lbfusilli
2bunches brocolli rabe, destemmed
1/2 cupflour
3 lbchicken breast cubed
3/5 cupolive oil
3 clovegarlic, chopped
1/2 cupwhite wine
4 tbspbutter
1/2 cupchicken broth
1/4 cupparmesan cheese

Cook pasta, set aside

Boil water in a pot and blanch broccoli for 2 minutes; strain and set aside

On large plate, dredge chicken in flour. Shake off excess.

Heat oil over medium high in large saute pan and cook chicken for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Add garlic, broccoli, salt and pepper, and toss to combine. Add wine, butter, and broth; stir to combine and let simmer for 3-4 min.

Add cooked pasta, stir to combine, and remove from heat. Serve topped with parmesan cheese.
