Ingredients

  1. Cucumber 6 whole
  2. 50 gmsSprouted moong
  3. 200 gmsPomegranate seeds
  4. 100 gmsChickpeas
  5. 2 spoonsLemon juice
  6. Watermelon small pieces for tying up the yatch
  7. Muskmelon pieces cut into small size obliquely
  8. 1 tea spoonChaat masala
  9. 1/2 tspBlack salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take whole cucumber and cut it. It should be emptied in centre.

  2. 2

    Another side of cucumber should be cut in a thin slit or sliced so that it can be easily folded

  3. 3

    Tucked up with toothpicks in the form shown above and watermelons and muskmelon used to form the shape of flag

  4. 4

    The cucumber to be filled with chickpeas, pomegranate and sprouts. Garnish accordingly with your favourite spices.

  5. 5

    Enjoy this presentable rich boat salad platter
