Soak all dals for 1 hour.

Heat ghee and give tadka of jeera, crushed ginger garlic and green chilli and fry it till it become golden brown.

Now add onion and tomato and cook it for few minute or till ut get cooked perfectly.

Add all spices. And all dals. Mix it. Add salt and coriander too.

Now add 4 times more water of size of dal. Let it start boil. And then place it on platform.

How to arrange platform: take tawa. And arrange boulder or pebbles on it and place it on chulha. And let it get heated. Place dal ka kadhai on it and cover it with steel place and seal it with dough. And let it cook for 4-5 hours. Serve it with paratha and rice.
