It tastes good with idli and dosa or vadas.

This red chilli Chutney is spicy and yummy.
It tastes good with idli and dosa or vadas.
Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add chillies and roast till the aroma comes.(It should not become brown.)

Remove the chillies and add shallots.

Fry the shallots till golden brown colour.

Add garlic and saute for few seconds.

Add Hing and stir well.
- 6
Switch of the flame and add salt and tamarind.

Allow it to cool completely and grind it to a paste.

Serve with dosa, idli or as you desire.

Note - you can add more chilli for extra spiciness.
