Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 kg or more as requiredMethi leaves
  • 250 grPaneer
  • 2Chopped onions
  • 2Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 2 tablespoonCream or Malai
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seed
  • 2green chilli
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspCorinder powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • as neededKasuri methi little for flavour
  • 2-3 tspOil

Steps

    Take a pan add cumin seeds,onions till pink then add tomatoes add all masala and mix it nicely add chopped methi leaves along with add 1cup milk mix it nicely then when your methi is ready add cream 2 table spoon and add paneer cubes your methi paneer is ready
