Preheat oven to 350.

Combine and sift all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, mash the bananas, add the eggs, and the melted butter and mix.

Add this wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix

Spray a loaf baking pan with a non-stick spray (I.e PAM) and add the mixture to the pan

Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes
