Cooking Instructions

Cut chicken breast into medium sized pieces

Use a bowl add chicken ,soy sauce,ginger and sake or rice wine let it marinate for 15 minutes

Transfer the marinated chicken breasts in a plate and lightly dust each piece with corn starch

Meanwhile heat up a pot with vegetable oil until hot (over medium heat)

Fry chicken breasts until golden brown the set aside when finished
- 6
In a separate pan add orange juice , orange marmalade,2 teaspoons of corn starch and salt (over medium heat)

Stir constantly to prevent from clumping when the sauce thickens and starts bubbling add the chicken and your done

Last chop green onion to give it a taste and sprinkle it on the chicken this can be served with steamed rice
