Quick, easy and healthy Paella
Steps

Warm oil over medium heat.

Add garlic and jalapeños. Sauté for 2 min.

Add ham and shrimp. Sauté for 4 minutes until ham is brown and shrimp are white.

Add rice, chicken broth, tomatoes and cayenne pepper. Bring to boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 18 minutes or until rice is cooked.

Stir in peas. Cook 2 more minutes.
