Ingredients

  1. 1stock celery
  2. 2stock Green onion
  3. 1/2 cupred or green grapes
  4. 1/2 cupfinely diced apple
  5. 2 largechicken breasts
  6. 1/4 cupslivered almonds
  7. 2/3 cupmayonnaise
  8. 1 tbspdijon mustard
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice
  10. 2 tsplemon pepper seasoning
  11. 2 tspdill
  12. 1salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    shred or cube cooked chicken breasts (I prefer shredded)

  2. 2

    finely chop all fruit and vegetables and add to chicken

  3. 3

    lightly toast almonds in a dry pan on medium heat until golden. Add to mixture.

    Add and stir in remaining ingredients. Refridgerate at least one hour. I like to eat it on toasted bread with lots of lettuce.
