  • Meat
  • 400 gramsPork
  • Vegetable
  • 1 eachOnion
  • 1 packagesSpinach
  • 3 cloveGarlic
  • 1 eachEgg
  • Others
  • 1Sugar
  • 1Soysauce
  • 1Salt
  • 1Butter
  • 1Water

    Cut the pork into slice

  2. 2

    Using a bowl, put pork slices in and add soysause, sugar, salt and garlic. Mix it.

  3. 3

    Put the bowl aside. Cut the onion into slice.

  4. 4

    Heat the pan and put butter in.

  5. 5

    Put onion in and fried with butter.

  6. 6

    Pick out the garlic and put pork slices in pan. Fried with onion.

  7. 7

    Mix soysauce and sugar with hot water. (Approx. a bowl) put half of it into pan. Boil.

  8. 8

    Pouring the sauce in pan away when the pork in done.

  9. 9

    Put in rest of the sauce and put spinach in.

  10. 10

    Put sukiyaki on rice and a raw egg.
