Ingredients

  1. 6 eachBaked sweet potatoes, peeled, & smashed
  2. 1 cupWhite sugar
  3. 2 largeEggs
  4. 1/3 cupMilk
  5. 1 tspVanilla
  6. 1 cupPacked brown sugar
  7. 1 cupChopped pecans
  8. 1/3 cupFlour
  9. 2/3 cupMelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 360°F

  2. 2

    Butter a 2-quart baking dish

  3. 3

    Combine sweet potatoes, white sugar, eggs, 1/3 cup of butter, milk, & vanilla.

  4. 4

    Place mixture in prepared dish

  5. 5

    In separate bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, chopped pecans, & remaining 1/3 cup of butter.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle over top and baked for 35 minutes
