Ingredients

  1. 5Chicken leg pieces
  2. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder -
  3. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder -
  4. 1 tspGaram masala powder -
  5. - 2 tbspRoasted gram flour
  6. 1-2Finely chopped green chilli -
  7. 2 tspLemon juice -
  8. 2 tbspHung curd -
  9. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste -
  10. 1 tspCorn flour -
  11. 1/2 bowlCorn flax -
  12. 1 cupOil -

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and marinate chicken leg pieces with ginger garlic paste,hung curd,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,corn flour,roasted gram flour,lemon juice,salt and finely chopped green chilli.

    Keep in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours.

    Coat the leg pieces with corn flax.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Deep fry the leg pieces until golden in colors.

    Always cook in medium flame.

  7. 7

    Drain extra oil.

  8. 8

    Serve hot.
