Sabse pahle daal chawal 3 4hour ke liye fula lete hai then grinder me grind kar lete hai.

Grind paste ko 5 6hour ke liye fermentation ke liye rakhe.

Then add curd,ginger garlic-ginger paste,green chilli paste,hingh,and salt. Mix properly then put into grees pot and steam.

After 15min take it out thodi der thanda hone de then pan me oil daal kar jeera rai chilli,methi neem leaves ko fry karein dhokhla me add karein.sugar apni pasand ki according daal sakte hai searve it.
