Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 6 cupcooked rice
  2. 1/2 cupbutter
  3. 1 mediumgarlic, minced
  4. 1 mediumonion, minced
  5. 1 cupham, minced
  6. 2 mediumchinese mushrooms, minced
  7. 2 tbspknorr garlic seasoning
  8. salt
  9. ground black pepper
  10. 1 smallcarrot, minced

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter in a wok or deep saucepan. Saute the garlic, onion, ham, mushroom and carrots.

    Add rice. Mix well to avoid the rice from sticking to the pan and burning.

  3. 3

    Add the seasoning, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
