I found myself with plenty of leftover ham and rice one afternoon and so decided to make this quick and easy to eat, chinese style recipe. My husband and son loved it and had seconds!

I found myself with plenty of leftover ham and rice one afternoon and so decided to make this quick and easy to eat, chinese style recipe. My husband and son loved it and had seconds!
Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in a wok or deep saucepan. Saute the garlic, onion, ham, mushroom and carrots.

Add rice. Mix well to avoid the rice from sticking to the pan and burning.
- 3
Add the seasoning, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
