Take 1 slice of bread and cut into 9 squares

Boil potatoes and steam vegetables (carrot,beans,peas,etc)Mix them and add salt,amchur,garam masala,ginger and green chilies and sauté with some oil.Keep aside to cool.

Put one teaspoon of vegetable on each slice.Stack four such slices together.

Make paste of besan with water,salt and red chilli powder.

Dip the bread in the besan paste and deep fry.

After frying,dip them into thin butter milk for 2-3 minutes so that they become slightly soft.Take out and place them on kitchen tissue paper or a Muslin cloth.

Put tadka of Rai,curry leaves,green chillies.

Garnish with freshly grated coconut and coriander leaves.

Serve with green chutney.
