Ingredients

  • 3 tbspButter
  • 4 tbspFlour
  • 2 cupChicken broth
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper

    Melt butter in pan. Then add flour and blend thoroughly. Slowly add the broth, salt, and pepper and blend until mixture thickens.

This was a perfect, simple gravy. Thickened nicely. I did add a dash of thyme and a dash of garlic salt too. Thanks!
