  1. ingredients for batter
  2. 1 cupButter milk
  3. 1/2 cupGram flour 1/2 cup
  4. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  5. 1/3 teaspoonSalt
  6. I ngredients for stuffing
  7. 1Raw mango
  8. 1/2 teaspoonFenugreek seeds
  9. 2 teaspoonSugar
  10. 1 teaspoonMustard oil
  11. 1/3 teaspoonSalt
  12. 1/3 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  13. 1/3 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  14. 1/3 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  15. 2 tablespoonCoconut powder
  16. Ingredients for tempering
  17. 1 teaspoonCoconut powder
  18. 1/3 teaspoonBlack mustard seeds
  19. 1 teaspoonMustard oil
  20. 1teaspoonChopped coriander
  21. 2Dry red chillies

Steps

15 minutes

    Take a big bowl

  2. 2

    Add butter milk,gram flour,salt and turmeric powder in it and mix it well

  3. 3

    Make fine batter

  4. 4

    Then take a wok

  5. 5

    Put all batter in it and cook it slow flame, continuously stir it.

  6. 6

    Then grease the back side of plate with clarified butter

  7. 7

    When batter become little thick,

  8. 8

    Spread all batter on the plate

  9. 9

    Method for filling

    Remove the skin and seed of raw mango and cut it in small pieces

  11. 11

    Then take a pan

  12. 12

    Add mustard oil in it

  13. 13

    Then add fennel in it

  14. 14

    Then add raw mango,sugar,chilli,salt in it and mix it well

  15. 15

    Cook it for 5 minutes on slow flame..

    Then add coconut powder in it and mix it well

  17. 17

    Stuffing is ready.

    Method for tempering

    Take a pan

    Add oil and black mustard seeds in it

  21. 21

    Then add coconut powder,coriander leaves and dry red chilli in it

    And saute it for 30 seconds

    Tampering is ready

    Then cut pieces of khandvi

  25. 25

    Fill stuffing in each piece of khandvi

  26. 26

    Pour tempering over the khandvi

  27. 27

    And serve it
